1. General Policy
At Mind Solutions, we strive to provide quality counseling, training, and internship programs. By enrolling in our services, you agree to the following refund terms.
2. No Refund After Commencement
- No refund will be issued once a counseling session, internship, or training program has started.
- Fees paid are non-refundable and non-transferable after commencement.
3. Cancellations Before Start
- If you wish to cancel before the scheduled start of a session or program, you may request either:
- A rescheduling of your session, or
- A service credit (valid for a limited period, subject to management approval).
4. Special Circumstances
- Refunds or credits, in exceptional cases (such as double payment or technical error), may be considered at the sole discretion of Mind Solutions.
- Any approved refund will be processed through the original mode of payment within 7–14 business days.
5. Non-Transferable Fees
- Payments made cannot be transferred to another person or program without prior approval from Mind Solutions.
6. Jurisdiction
All refund-related matters fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
